Refund Request – Closed for October Saddle Up Show Series

Donida Farm Equestrian Center recognizes that competitors may need to cancel registration for various reasons. Our cut off for cancellation/request for refund is the entry deadline date. Cancellations after those cut off dates require a Veterinarian or Doctor note to request Class Entry Fee Refunds.

Please fill out the following form to request a refund of your show fees If you have entered & pre-paid for a Donida Farm hosted show or event that is currently being held and are unable to attend. Requests must be made by the Pre-Entry Cut off date. Partial refunds may be requested after the cut-off date with a note from your Doctor or Veterinarian.

Refunds will be processed on the 1st & 15th of the month & you will receive a confirmation of your Refund when it has been completed. (*Deadline for Refunds will be midnight on the last day of the month or the 14th or it will be processed on the next refund day)

  • This request is for One Horse & One Rider at One Event. A separate request for refund must be submitted for each horse/rider entry in a single show as well as multiple events for a single horse/rider.
