Ride with a paper heart held between you and your partner
March 10: St Patrick's Day Tipsy Derby
Ride while balancing a glass of cider...and don't spill!
April 21: Easter Egg & Spoon Race

English/Western Schooling Shows

Donida Farm English Western Schooling Shows provide riders of all ages the chance to enjoy the horse show experience in a relaxed and friendly setting. Classes include Halter & Showmanship, English, and Western classes. Compete in 4 of the 6 shows in the series and you’ll be eligible to win one of six Series High Point Championships!

Shows are held indoors in our large covered arena, and we even offer an indoor arena for warm up and schooling.

New for 2012! Trails Classes

Trail classes run from 1:00 – 3:00pm

T1. In Hand Trails – Open*
T2. Mounted Trails – Green Horse or Novice Rider*
T3. Mounted Trails – Rider 12 & under
T4. Mounted Trails – Rider 13-17
T5. Mounted Trails – Rider 18 & over
T6. Schooling Trail Course (not to be judged)*
*= not eligible for high points

Series Champ

Riders who earn points in a minimum of 4 of the 6 shows will be eligible to win a Series High Point Award in one of the following divisions:

  • Rider, 12 & under, Western
  • Rider, 13-17, Western
  • Rider, 18 & over, Western
  • Rider, 12 & under, English
  • Rider, 13-17, English
  • Rider, 18 & over, English

Champions are awarded coolers, jackets, and medals! Awards for the 2011-2012 series will be presented by the Easter Bunny himself at the April 2012 show!
